Custom Orders
If you are interested in a custom order please don't hesitate to contact me. I'd be happy to work with you!

Shipping Info
Standard in stock orders will ship within 3 business days of order placement. Custom orders will vary. You will be notified as soon as possible if there is to be any delay in shipping your item. A notice of shipment email will be sent when the item has left the studio. Depending on location time in transit takes 1-5 days within the U.S. International orders can take up to 6 weeks.
Shipping options are listed below and selected upon checkout. I recommend shipping with insurance for items over $50. Loss or damage in the mail to uninsured items is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. I cannot be held responsible if the item is lost or stolen due to incorrect address entry upon checkout. If you have placed your order with an incorrect address please contact me as soon as possible and I will do what I can to correct the issue if possible.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ: Please research your countries import fees before making a purchase. I have no control over the customs department of your country. You may be charged fees and duties on your imported items. Especially if you live in the UK you may pay up to 50% of the items value to have it released from customs. There is no way for me to include this amount in the original shipping charge. The customs department of your country may also hold or open your package as they see fit. It can take 4 to 6 weeks for you to receive your package. Customs duties and fees are not within my control and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Options And Rates

U.S. First Class $6.00 (includes $50 insurance and tracking)
U.S. First Class $10 (includes insurance on items up to $500 and tracking)
International and Canada $14 (no insurance and does include tracking)
International and Canada $18 (includes insurance on items up to $400 and tracking)

If you are local to the Seattle area and prefer to pick up your order I will refund your shipping at the time of pick up.

Jill Griffin Jewelry accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.

Refunds And Exchanges
I want you to be absolutely overjoyed with your order of Jill Griffin Jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact me within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to return your order the purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment minus shipping cost. Item must return in perfect condition in order to issue a full refund. Client is responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend shipping in original packaging with insurance and/or delivery confirmation. Any item damaged in return shipping due to improper packaging will not be fully refunded.

Repairs
All Jill Griffin Jewelry items are guaranteed against manufacturing defect. I am happy to repair or replace components that bend or break under normal wear and tear (i.e. an earring back looses its spring or a clasp wears out) at no cost to the buyer. I will gladly repair or replace components that bend or break due to accidental stress or disaster by wearer (i.e. you run it over with your car) but all associated repair costs will be billed to client. In either case client will be responsible for shipping item to my studio for repair. I will cover the return back to you.
